Where is the boarding point for the cruises?
Bistronomic lunches and dinners take place at Port des Invalides 75007 Paris, near the Pont Alexandre III, facing the Eiffel Tower.

Prestige lunches and dinners take place at Port Debilly 75016 Paris, near the Trocadéro, facing the Eiffel Tower.

Is advance booking necessary?
Booking for a Seine River meal is imperative. Real-time availability is on our website. Our reservation service is available at +33 1 89 16 84 62 or by email at contact@parisenunclic.fr.

When will I receive my confirmation?
Your exchange voucher with your reservation number is instantly sent by email as soon as your purchase is confirmed. It is recommended to arrive 20 minutes in advance, with your printed or smartphone reservation voucher.

Is the Menu Choice mandatory?
The Chef of Eiffel Cruises creates seasonal menus with fresh ingredients for all cruises. For the Sea Menu, it is advisable to indicate it in advance to ensure complete availability. You can specify it in the “Remarks” section available during your reservation. Also, inform us of any intolerances; we commit to considering this information for you and your guests, ensuring a gastronomic experience tailored to your needs.

Are there comments during the cruise meal?
During your cruise, take advantage of our practical service: download the description of the monuments to discover on board using a QR Code on your phone. Available in French and English, this option enhances your experience and allows you to learn more about the exceptional sites you will visit.

Will I be seated by the window?
Seating by the window is, of course, possible for each of the proposed cruises. This is an option at 10 euros per person, subject to availability.

Are there stops during the cruises?
All meal cruises are non-stop.

Are animals allowed on board?
Hygiene and safety rules on boats do not allow animals on board, except for guide dogs for the blind.

How should I dress to go to Eiffel Cruises?
For lunches and dinners, a minimum dress code is appreciated. Sports clothing, flip-flops, shorts, and caps are not allowed.
