All Bateaux Mouches cruises depart from Port de la Conférence, 75008 Paris (Metro Pont de l’Alma). Departures and arrivals take place at the same location.

For Sightseeing Cruises, reservations are not obligatory, but due to high demand, they are highly recommended (average on-site waiting time: 1 hour). E-tickets allow you to access the boats directly, avoiding waiting at the ticket counters. E-tickets are usable for any departure on the reserved day and remain automatically valid for 24 months at the date and time of your choice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

For lunches and dinners, advance reservations are mandatory. We recommend booking at least 15 days in advance.

When will I receive my sightseeing e-tickets?
Your e-tickets are sent instantly by email as soon as your purchase is confirmed and can be used immediately upon receipt.

Your e-tickets are automatically valid for 24 months and can be used on the date and time of your choice. The calendar aims to inform you of any upcoming closures in the coming weeks.

Are cruises available on public holidays?
Absolutely, cruises are available all year round, including bank holidays.

Where will I be seated on the boat?
For sightseeing cruises, seating is open on the boats. The sightseeing boats are entirely glassed-in and also have an open-air upper deck.

For lunches and dinners, seating is arranged based on the number of people during your reservation to ensure a private and comfortable meal. For clarification, during dinners, preferred seats are reserved for the Excellence formula.

Are there stops during the Cruises?
All cruises are non-stop with departure and return at Port de la Conférence, Pont de l’Alma.

Are animals allowed on board?
Hygiene and safety regulations on the boats do not allow animals on board, except for guide dogs.
