The Paroles de fromagers discovery workshop – Immersion in caseology – is offered on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at the following times:

Wednesdays and Fridays: 7.30pm

The discovery workshop – Immersion in caseology includes :

  • Visit to the 17th century Voutée cellar
  • Tasting of 7 mature cheeses
  • Tasting of 3 exceptional wines

Workshop content:
During this workshop, your cheese expert will take you on a tour of the 17thᵉ century Voutée Cellar, visit the maturing cellar, and taste 7 mature cheeses and 3 exceptional wines. You’ll learn that caseology is to cheese what oenology is to wine, that cheese is enjoyed like a fine wine, and that there is a real technique to tasting cheese.

Booking vouchers are confirmed and sent by email instantly.

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early with your booking voucher, either printed out or on a smartphone.
