Guide Contents:
1. Sightseeing Cruise Timetable (1h10)
The “Promenade” is the classic experience. Lasting about 1h10, it allows you to see the essentials of Paris. The boats operate 365 days a year.
High Season (April to September)
- First departure: 10:00
- Last departure: 22:30
- Frequency: Every 30 minutes
Low Season (October to March)
- Hours: 11:00 – 21:20 (approx.)
- Daytime frequency: Every 45 minutes
- Evening frequency: Every 30 minutes
💡 Julien’s Expert Tip:
“The huge advantage here is flexibility. Unlike other companies, you don’t need to book a fixed time slot for the sightseeing cruise. Your tickets are valid for 2 years. So, if it rains at 2 PM, just come at 4 PM or the next day! To avoid crowds in summer, aim for the 10:30 AM departure or the 9:30 PM one to see Paris sparkle.”
Book your “Open” Tickets (Sightseeing)
Skip-the-line tickets, valid for 2 years, usable at any time.
2. Lunch Cruise “Douce France” Timetable
On weekends and public holidays, the company offers a chic “guinguette” experience. It’s the ideal option for families or to celebrate an event during the day.
À partir de 90€
Program for the Douce France Lunch:
- 🕒 Boarding: 12:00 – 12:15
- 🚀 Departure: 12:30 (Sharp)
- ⏱️ Duration: ≈ 1h45 (Return 14:15)
- 🍽️ Menu: Aperitif + Starter + Main + Cheese or Dessert
- 🍷 Drinks Included: 1/2 bottle of wine + 1/2 bottle of water / pers. + Coffee or Tea
- 🎶 Ambience: Live music (Accordionist) & Panoramic view
💡 Julien’s Expert Tip:
“The accordion atmosphere is unique, it feels like a Sunday by the river but right in the heart of Paris! It’s the best value for a family meal because everything is included (drinks too), avoiding bad surprises with the bill. By day, you see architectural details very clearly, quite different from the night view.”

3. Dinner Cruise Timetable (Prestige & Excellence)
For an unforgettable evening, two options are available. Although the service and seating on board differ, the navigation schedule is identical.
Evening Schedule:
- 19:30: Boarding opens (Aperitif served on board).
- 20:30: Cruise departure for 2h15 of magic.
- 22:45: Return to quay.
Smart casual dress required in the evening.
💡 Julien’s Expert Tip:
“If you’re looking for the ‘Wow’ effect for a proposal or a milestone birthday, choose the Excellence menu without hesitation: its position at the front of the boat offers an exceptional clear view, and the superior Champagne adds a touch of luxury. The Prestige menu remains excellent thanks to the wide, glass-walled room. Tip: for birthdays, the ‘sparkling candle’ option at dessert is free! Just remember to mention it when booking.”

6. FAQ – What to know before boarding
Are Bateaux Mouches wheelchair accessible?
Yes, accessibility is provided. An access ramp allows descent from the quay to the pontoons, and the boats are equipped to welcome wheelchairs. Adapted toilets are also available on board.
Can I bring my dog or pet?
No, for hygiene and safety reasons, animals are not admitted on board, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.
Do I need to print e-tickets?
It is not necessary. When booking via our site, you receive your tickets by email. Just present the barcode on your smartphone screen at the security gates.
What is the difference between Prestige and Excellence menus?
The main difference lies in your table location. The Excellence menu guarantees a privileged location with a clear view (window side), as well as a superior range of wines and champagnes. The Prestige menu offers the same route, but tables are located in the center of the boat.
Do schedules change on holidays (Bastille Day, Christmas)?
The company sails every day. However, special schedules apply on July 14th (navigation stops early evening for fireworks) and for special evenings on December 24th and 31st. Remember to check our special offers for these dates.
