The data controller is the company PARIS EN UN CLIC, SAS with a capital of 1,000 Euros, registered under number 898 694 120 RCS Nanterre, with its head office at 1 rue du Débarcadère, 92700 Colombes.

3. Purposes of Data Collection

Your data is collected for the purpose of:

  • Business Management: Managing orders (B2C and B2B), sending e-tickets, billing, and customer relationship management.
  • Communication: Sending newsletters and promotional messages, with the option to opt-out at the time of collection.
  • Service Improvement: Establishing business statistics (Google Analytics 4) and managing reviews of our services.

4. Internal Customer Review Module

Paris en un Clic has developed its own review collection solution. Your review data is not shared with any third-party certification providers. The data collected (rating, comment, pseudonym) is stored internally in a secure manner and published on our site for transparency purposes for our future users, subject to moderation.

5. Recipients and Transfer of Data

Access to your data is limited to members of our team and our technical subcontractors (including Vercel Inc. in the United States for hosting, whose transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and our secure payment providers). These partners are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Furthermore, in accordance with our legal obligations, public authorities may be recipients of your data in response to specific requests.

Transfer: We will not transfer, rent, or exchange your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data will remain strictly under our control.

6. Data Retention Period

  • Customer and Prospect Management: Data related to the business relationship is kept for the duration of this relationship. For prospecting purposes, they are kept for 5 years from the end of the business relationship (or from the last contact for a prospect).
  • Payment Data: Information related to financial transactions is entrusted to our secure payment provider. We do not have access to your credit card numbers. This data is kept by this provider in intermediate archives in accordance with Article L 133-24 of the Monetary and Financial Code, for 13 months following the debit date (extendable to 15 months in the case of deferred debit payment), for evidence purposes in the event of dispute.
  • Opt-out Lists: Kept for a minimum of 3 years from the exercise of the right to object.
  • Customer Reviews: Kept and displayed for a maximum duration of 5 years.
  • Statistics and Cookies: Kept for a maximum duration of 13 months.

However, Google shortens your IP address within EU member states, thus making it anonymous. The collection of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
