1. Collection of Reviews

The reviews published on our site come from customers who have made a reservation through our sales channels. An invitation to submit a review may be sent after the service, according to our internal triggering rules. Customers can then assign a rating and leave a free comment, possibly accompanied by photos.

2. Verification and Moderation

Each review is subject to automatic and/or manual checks to verify its compliance with our publication conditions. Abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, off-topic, or manifestly fraudulent content may be refused or removed. Depending on our system configuration, some reviews may be published automatically when they meet our criteria, while others remain pending validation.

3. Publication, Rejection, and Deadlines

Only validated reviews are publicly displayed. When a review is refused, it may be classified with an internal rejection status. We reserve the right not to publish a review that does not comply with these rules, without this giving rise to compensation. Reviews may be retained, updated, or unpublished if necessary (manifest error, report, legal development).

4. Calculation of Ratings and User Information

The average ratings displayed are calculated from the published reviews, according to an arithmetic average of the concerned ratings. The display modalities (rounding, scope of reviews considered, distinction between site rating/product rating) depend on the screens concerned. Our goal is to provide sincere, readable, and useful information to assist users in their decision-making.
